How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order. We dispatch in 5–7 days and delivery usually takes another 3–6 days depending on your city. You'll get tracking on WhatsApp.
What is it made of?
Our pieces are 3D-printed in PLA, a plant-based bioplastic made from corn starch, in matte or silk finishes. Jewellery uses nickel-free hooks.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
Our product images are colour previews. Real pieces show fine, even layer lines that are part of how they are made, and colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, on orders up to ₹5,000, with a ₹49 COD fee. We confirm COD orders on WhatsApp before we start making them.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. Below that, it's a flat ₹49.
Can I return a product?
Because everything is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we'll replace it free. Please share an unboxing video within 48 hours.
Can I personalise a product?
Yes. The Name Pen Stand and the Google Review QR Stand are personalised. For other custom requests, message us on WhatsApp.
Are your products food-safe or heat-safe?
Our products are décor and organisers, not for food contact. Keep them away from heat above 50°C, such as hot cars, stoves and dishwashers.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, for weddings, Diwali gifting and businesses. Contact us on WhatsApp with quantities.
